HyLife, Canada’s premier pork producer, has officially relocated its headquarters to Steinbach, Manitoba. Established in 1994, HyLife oversees feed, barn, fleet, and pork plant facilities across Canada, employing 2,500 individuals. The move to Steinbach, a larger centre than its previous location in La Broquerie, signifies a significant milestone for the company. The new headquarters, spanning 47,462 square feet in the Millbrook Market development, consolidates all office staff into one collaborative space. This strategic move not only benefits the company but, most importantly, enhances the working environment for its employees.
Cibinel Architecture Ltd designed a new state-of-the-art, four-story structure that emphasizes sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly features such as energy-efficient walls, electric vehicle charging stations, and a hydronic HVAC system. Designed with employee well-being in mind, each workspace offers nature views, while collaboration spaces, coffee stations on every floor, and a 2,000-square-foot fitness centre further promote a positive and energizing workplace. This commitment to modernity, sustainability, and employee satisfaction positions HyLife for a new era of success and innovation.
