Currently under construction

308 Colony Street is centrally located in downtown Winnipeg and will be home to a socially-inclusive, mixed-income, mixed-use, 21-storey high-rise. Part of the growing vibrant neighbourhood on Colony Street, it is a project of UWCRC 2.0. The project will house 214 apartment units with two commercial spaces on the ground floor. The apartments will range from studio to two-bedroom units. This innovative project is designed to feature Net Zero Carbon emissions.

Of the 214 new units at 308 Colony, 86 will be set aside for affordable housing including 38 studio and 48 one-bedroom apartments. Just over 20 per cent of all suites will be barrier-free or barrier-free-adaptable, with fully accessible common areas, including an outdoor terrace, lounge, and laundry facilities.

Cibinel Architecture Ltd is joined on this project by Crosier Kilgour, Epp Siepman Engineering, RWDI, and HTFC.
